Shipping Policy

As our customer you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to send your hair to Wig Wash and Drop unless you have stated Drop off or Collection for your hair service.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Our Wig and Hair Extension Services are completed within 3-7 working days. Within 14 days for large orders or severely damaged hair. 

Please note that once your order has been completed and despatched, you will be sent email notification with tracking details provided. It is your responsibility to track and trace your delivery. We use Royal mail Signed delivery service from UK. If hair is delayed we will do our best to support you. All enquiries afterwards should be directed to the delivery company using the tracking number provided. 

Return & Refund Policy

Sending Hair to Us: When sending hair to us, please use Track and Sign (1st Class / Special Recorded delivery) We do not recommend or advise 2nd Class or any other method of shipping. All our Service pricing includes FREE tracked Return shipping*

Due to the nature and demand of our services, all product and services purchased from us are non refundable. However we can offer an exchange of a product or service with an equally priced product or service if it’s by our own error.
